Government & public institutions, served on schedule
Sheriff and police departments, fire and EMS, correctional facilities, and public health agencies. Procurement-friendly terms and no termination penalty.
Regulated waste handling built for public budgets
Public agencies generate regulated medical waste every day, sharps from EMS runs, biohazard from evidence handling, expired stock from a health department clinic. Most of it gets handled under a national contract nobody at the agency negotiated.
BioSafe works differently. We're a North Carolina company, we price per container, and our agreements are short enough to read in a single sitting. That makes us straightforward to onboard through procurement and easy to leave if we ever stop earning the work.

Common questions
Can you work within our procurement process?
Yes. Our agreements are plainly written and straightforward to move through a public procurement process. Our service agreements renew automatically and generally have longer terms. However, customers may terminate their agreement without penalty. We can provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance on request.
Do you handle surge volume during a public health event?
We do. Vaccination drives and testing campaigns generate far more sharps than a normal month. Tell us the dates and expected volume and we will add temporary containers and extra collections for that window only, then return you to your standard schedule.
What documentation do we receive?
Every collection produces an OSHA-compliant manifest showing what was picked up, when, by whom, and where it was treated. Records stay available to you for audit and are filed in your account history.
Is there a minimum volume or contract length?
There is no minimum volume. We price per container based on what you actually use. Service agreements generally have longer terms, but you can terminate without penalty. A small rural station and a county detention center can both be served under the same terms.
Do you provide staff training?
Yes. Online OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens, HIPAA, and infection control training is available for designated staff.
