Reconstruction & restoration, waste handled

Trauma scenes, hoarding cleanouts, leftover pharmaceuticals. We take the regulated portion your standard hauler refuses, on your timeline, itemized so it passes through on the claim.

The service

Regulated waste disposal for restoration contractors

Restoration and reconstruction crews turn up regulated waste the moment a job starts. Blood and bodily fluids on a trauma call, sharps buried in a hoarding cleanout, leftover pharmaceuticals.

BioSafe handles that portion and only that portion. No monthly account fee, per-container pricing itemized for the claim, and a manifest for every load, so the regulated waste never becomes the thing that holds up your job or your invoice.

Expired medications

Expired and unused medication found during a cleanout, pulled out of the debris and disposed of through the correct waste stream.

Pharmaceutical waste

Pharmaceutical waste separated from general debris and handled as a regulated stream, with documentation filed for every load.

Sharps recovery

Needles found in walls, crawl spaces, or debris piles, collected in puncture-resistant containers we stage on site.

03

We stage the containers

Puncture-resistant and leak-proof containers delivered to the site before your crew mobilizes.

04

We collect on your timeline

Pull the containers when the work is done, or mid-job if volume runs ahead of schedule. You set the timing.

You get the paperwork

A compliant manifest for every load, filed to your account and available whenever an adjuster or inspector asks.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need an ongoing account, or can I call job by job?

You'll need to set up a BioSafe account and sign a service agreement. There are no monthly fees or ongoing charges. Simply let us know whenever you have a job that requires service.

How fast can you get containers to a site?

When you sign up as a BioSafe customer, we'll deliver containers that you can keep on hand for the duration of the service agreement. This ensures containers are already available when a job comes up. Additional containers will be supplied upon request.

Can container costs be passed through on an insurance claim?

Yes. We itemize container and collection charges per job so the line items drop directly into your estimate and the adjuster can see exactly what the regulated-waste portion cost.

What about waste that is not regulated medical waste?

We only take the regulated portion, the material your standard hauler will refuse. General construction debris still goes in your roll-off. We will help you draw the line correctly if a job is ambiguous.

Do you serve the whole state?

We cover most of North Carolina and parts of South Carolina. Give us the job address and we will confirm coverage before you build it into a bid.
